Meet Holly

Who am I? I am the type of person who prefers yoga pants and an oversized sweatshirt compared to getting glammed. A great romance novel and a cup of coffee while lounging on the couch is my perfect weekend morning. I believe there is a perfect balance between relaxing and working and am constantly striving to hit that balance in life.  I am a Type A person with respect for the action of relaxing. I love the feeling of completing something and crossing it off my to-do list.

I love to be active and if I have a good playlist going, I will extend my workout just to listen to the rest of the songs. A HIIT workout that gets your heart beating through your chest is exhilarating to me. I also really love my time spent in the kitchen. Family dinners were a staple in my childhood and I have learned to carry that over into my adult life. From sharing recipes and cooking hacks with friends to preparing a quick dinner and catching up on the day’s tasks, I am always happiest mindlessly chopping away.

Besides loving fitness and nutrition, I also love spending time with my dog Spike and husband, Alex. A perfect weekend consists of time spent unplugging from our cellphones and taking a hike in the woods or a jog on the beach, luckily we live close to both.

Through evidence-based research, individualized coaching, mini group sessions, cooking classes and nutrition seminars, clients will be granted with someone in their corner to join them in their journey towards a truly healthy lifestyle. There is no “one size fits all” equation to life or dieting. By working closely with the clients, I will strive to reach not only food freedom, but a life that allows for balance and enjoyment evolving around fitness and nutrition.
